Welcome to Chordiality Community Choir

Started in 2018, Chordiality brings together over 60 women to sing for enjoyment and wellbeing. We sing at festivals, Macclesfield’s Treacle Market, community fairs, civic events and fundraisers.

Run by five friends on a voluntary basis, Chordiality is the only choir in Macclesfield that exists for the benefit of the members and the community it serves.

Chordiality goes beyond singing together, with an emphasis on friendship and support being central to what the choir stands for. We’re very proud to support many local causes with our performances and charitable donations.

Our Musical Director is Ben Beer. Ben works closely with the choir team, setting the musical direction, arranging songs, leading choir practices, and accompanying us at all our performances. We’re extremely lucky to have someone of Ben’s calibre at the helm. Thanks to his encouragement and musicianship, we’ve quickly built a reputation for giving great performances that uplift our audiences.
